• In the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), a consumer refers to a natural person who resides in California. According to the law, a resident includes any individual who is in the USA for a purpose that is not temporary or transitory, and any individual who is domiciled in the USA but is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
• Under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), Sale refers to any act of selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer's personal information to another business or a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.

Types of usage data collected

The Service automatically collects Usage Data when you use it. This may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited on our Service, date and time of your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service using a mobile device, we may also automatically collect information such as your device type, unique ID, IP address, mobile operating system, mobile internet browser type, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. To enhance user experience, our App includes data statistics tools that collect device and system information. These tools do not collect any health or personal information and are used solely for CRASH targeting and AB-testing of new features and designs. The information collected includes:
